BAY BRIDGE CLOSURE!!! WESTBOUND DECK ONLY, PRESIDENT'S DAY WEEKEND -- The upper westbound deck of the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge on I-80 will be closed to all traffic from 8:00 pm Friday, February 17 to 5:00 am Tuesday, February 21. (The eastbound lower deck will remain open.) The westbound closure is required during construction of a slight detour at the toll plaza in preparation for bridge construction.
