In Memory of Richard Gonzalez
RICHARD GONZALEZ, District 11, Equipment Operator II was killed by a vehicle on June 20, 2011 while working on a litter crew on State Route 15 in San Diego. The 52-year-old San Ysidro resident is survived by his wife, Ruth; 22-year-old son, Ron; and 12-year-old son, Erick.
