This promising student intern in transportation planning has been granted a $1,000 scholarship by the staff of the Division of Transportation Planning and the California Transportation Foundation (CTF).
The 2007 scholarship is intended to recognize, encourage and assist outstanding students who are working toward a bachelor’s degree in planning or a related field, and who plan to work at Caltrans after graduation.

Lisa Talmage is assigned to The Division of Transportation Planning in District 12; she is pursuing a degree in Environmental Analysis & Design--Urban and Regional Planning at the University of California at Irvine. |
