In District 11, “We Make Small Business Our Business” by providing a range of easily accessible outreach services to Small Businesses (SB), Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), and Disabled Veterans Business Enterprises (DVBE).  If you are certified as an SB, DBE or DVBE, our Small Business liaisons can guide you in understanding the requirements of the Caltrans bid process.  It’s our goal at Caltrans to open up a range of opportunities for certified small businesses and disadvantaged business enterprises to successfully compete for Caltrans contracts and procurements.
